I waited over 40 minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni. I had to get back in line to ask for a refund, which the window... attendant completely disregarded. She gave me my food but when I got home, (I live literally minutes away from theestablishment) I and saw and tasted that the pizza wasn't even fresh. Returned to the store to get a refund and not one personin that place knew how to do that. Left my info so the general manager could call me about getting my money back, but surprisesurprise, I never got a call. Do better people. It's only 8 dollars, but I worked hard for that money. So we just moved here and have tried the other pizza places here and they were TRASH! My husband was skeptical about trying... little Caesar?s cause they?re suppose to be cheap compared to the other places so he thought they would be even worse thanthem.. but NO! This is by far the best pizza in town. The dions cheese is too thick, the Pizza Hut and dominos sauce tastes off,the snappy place is weird too, the other one that has a good truck is good but WAAAY too small, but this one? Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Zero customer service, they tell you wait time is 10 mins for their basic supposed to be ?ready to... eat? pizza and you end up waiting 40 mins!!! Not to mention they aren?t charging you correctly. We told them REGULAR pepperonipizza NOT the extra pepperoni and they still charged us for the other. It?s like it?s only kids running that place. We are donewaiting for them to get their stuff together. All three times we have went in the past two months have been the same awfulservice. You will get pizza quicker at Pizza Hut. Just got a reminder of why I stopped eating here the simplest things they always mess up. Pizza not cut right, wings soggy and... chewy, and no marinara sauce that we asked for. I get that y'all are probably ready for closing time in an hour but you stillhave to do your jobs but I've had these things happen during the day as well. Read more
