Prices are outrageous, Food was cold, When I asked for my receipt she rudely said its on the bag. It was not, I got the bacon... egg and cheese McGriddle #5 and about drove off when she said $8.31 as my total. I hate to say but I don't believe I'll be goingback to McDonald's. Read more
The food is great! I mean, it's a McDonalds so most people should know exactly what to expect. What really sets each McDonalds... apart from each other is the service from its employees and the appearance of the food. I will start with the appearance and saythe burgers don't look like they were RKO'd into the bag which is nice...though our credit card info was stolen after eatinghere. Hence the one star. Ice cream machine down, shocker. 3 cars order, all 3 are told to pull into a parking spot to wait as if this food is being made... from scratch. This is at 9pm when there?s no other customers. While the reviews for this particular McDonald's maybe comparable to other McDonald's in the area, everyone knows this is the... "bad McDonald's" in town. Besides the blond haired woman that works there, most of the employees that work the drive thru areextremely rude. As a former business owner, I would never tolerate the indifference I've been shown (on multiple occasions) bysome of the employees that work there. Saying hi or bye, or even acknowledging a customer's existence, would be a heck of a lotbetter than just sticking your hand out the window for their money, while not even making eye contact with them. I won't even gointo the quality and freshness of the food, which is subpar to say the very least. Went here for breakfast this morning and almost missed it but were taken care of by the manager herself ringing up and cashing... out our order. The food was awesome and the coffee was fresh delicious. ???? When it was ready, she brought it to us withexceptional table service. If you're on Mabry street in the morning, it's really close from a few motels and you won't bedisappointed. There were a variety of family types and sizes and younger children as well and there was just about thisMcDonald's that will have me visiting again. Read more
Fast drive thru and okay food but what I really don't like is when they tell you to pull up to the end of the building away from... the window when there's no one behind me. Got my food with in 3 minutes and still no car behind me. Every time no matter car orno car behind me. Bs Read more
Clean facilities. Food was made to order. Special instructions were followed. No dine in at this time, but you can order at the... counter. One part of my order was misunderstood, so I didn't get my fries. However, we were not charged for the fries. Read more
Traveling through Clovis on a vacation trip, we needed to take a break and walk the dog. Got some of the most delicious... hamburgers I've ever gotten from a McDonald's - ever. The buns were neat & fresh, the ingredients were carefully prepared, andarranged. Almost looked exactly like the photos, and I'm not kidding! They were great, and the staff were friendly. First reviewof a McDonald's ever for me, ever. :) Read more
