DO NOT GO HERE OVERNIGHT OR THE AM This is the 4th time they missed up my order in the morning I spent 20 bucks and get home... and see that they have a wrong order of a 14 bucks. Like there was only 5 cars. Ain't rocket science guys. Maybe instead oflaughing and making the customer wait while y'all talk about parties, maybe y'all would get the orders right. Order ,27 is whatI was given. Not my order. O525 am . 11-1-22. I'm to tired after a 18 hour shift to drive back. Whoever is in charge, needs tobe replaced, idk how y'all mess orders up with hardly any customers. Like only reason ppl go there in the am is bc it's the onlyplace open ! Update. I can agree with most of these reviews the night crew here is awful! No customer service whatsoever! Just rude teenagers the... cursing and lack of awareness that they are at work and not a friends house is crazy! Don't even know who's a manager and who'san employee! We have to constantly be either pulled forward in drive thru or waiting in the lobby for our food everytime. I hopeone day they actually read the reviews and try to make their restaurants better! On my visit last week to take my kids for lunch and the play area. I was so disappointed I had to pay and had three separate... receipts for simple cheeseburgers with pickles only and I was very disappointed and all the young help that did not have propersupervision. Read more
Waited over a hour for a door dash delivery, then was told to pull forward. Called the store to see what was taking so long. I... was told the order was being bagged. Then an employee came out and asked me what the order was. They then said they don?t do icecream after midnight. The. Asked for the order again. Was told by an employee the order never pulled up after the number wasverified twice. Waited for another 30 minutes. Was almost handed the wrong order. Had to verify the order again. My sandwich was not made the way I ordered it, it looked like it was made by a two year old, it was cold no mayo after I asked... for extra mayo, had tomatoes even though I ordered without. My fries tasted like they had been sitting there for hours evenafter I ordered them fresh with extra salt. The employees just don't take pride in their job they just slap it all together andsend it out the way they want. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sad since the store on 14th was where I would always gobecause they would always get my order right. But these last few times the food has been horrible. Read more
Very poor service in the evening. Horrible food presentation, awful quality. Food was cold and we had to pull up for 20 minutes... for a blueberry muffin and 2 cheeseburgers. To boot, it looks like they took 2 old burgers from under the lamp and slapped anextra piece of cheese on there that didn't even melt. Daytime not as bad but when visiting in store, they see not very quick tohelp you either. Read more
Pretty good McDonald's, always pretty quick and effective (at daytime) for a really inexpensive price. Ordered a Mcdouble, small... fry, chicken nuggets, and a powerade. You can't beat the price, I will say unfortunately as the night goes on the customerservice slowly gets worse. Read more
