The station itself is clean and nice looking, there is plenty of parking and the truck parking lot was full. We chose to stay... overnight here in this parking lot because of lighting, convenience, and the overall accessibility this stop had. UNFORTUNATELYbecause of the locals it was impossible to get any sleep. They kept coming into the parking lot a couple times every hour verylate, like after 12:00am late, Revving their car engines very loudly. I felt extremely bad for the truck drivers trying to getrest before heading out. I don?t understand why the local law enforcement does not do something about the people who are makingit very obvious they are coming through here on purpose to wake people up with the loud revving engines. I would not recommendthis truck stop at all for an overnight stay! Read more
I can believe that a big chain of retail or truck stop stores have a lot of problems making their employees to have what the... consumers want,specially when we the drivers make this stores get rich like nobody. In many stores we can find lack ofcleaning, coffee products, and many more staff and the employees walking around like if they have everything in order. (PilotFlying J) you have to pay more attention on your management and obviously on you regular employees if have the quality andprofessionalism to perform their duties accordingly because we once again the drivers spend a lot of time on the roads sufferingbecause of the high or super high fuel prices at a truck stop and find problems on every store, some stores have a dirtyappearance or sometimes they don't have sufficient personnel to cover the stores necessities . Ew! You would think a rest stop like this would have clean bathrooms! There was water and toilet paper on the floor, the trash... was piled way high and no toilet paper in the one stall that was semi-usable. I went out to tell the workers and they werespending time sorting condiment packages and chatting. ????. Read more
We always stop here when traveling from Roswell to OKC and back. Its very large and the restroom are clean. They offer bathing... services and they have some massaging chairs. There is also Popeye's, Burger kings and one other restaurant I think itsSubways. there is also food on the go that you can gab from the little stand without waiting in line to place an order. Thereare video games, toys, things you need for your car or cellphone, blankets, shirts, jackets, souvenirs and more. I love itbecause its huge and clean with friendly employees, but popeye's is the main reason we stop there each trip. They cook your foodhot and fresh plus we don't have a Popeye's in Roswell NM ????HINT????????????????Get us a Popeye's in Roswell NM..like Soon Read more
Nice people nice place inconsiderate drivers sitting at the fuel pump like I always not fueling.. talking on the phone check out... the blue truck.
