I have only visited a couple of times but each visit has been very pleasant. The wait staff working the window at the drive up... have been welcoming. I will go more often. I have a grandson who works for Starbucks in another location. They seem to hiresome very personable people as a rule. Gold star for that. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. They deserve it. They take 15 to 20 minutes to make my drink every time I go in there. Which I... understand since they're always so busy. So I order ahead. Last time I went in there without ordering ahead I waited for 15minutes and when I went up there after 15 minutes to ask if my drink was ready they said someone walked off with it. But theydidn't make another one or bother even telling me. I had to go up and ask. And then they made another one and didn't evenapologize. They made me late to work.Today I ordered ahead and waited 15 minutes before going in and once again they saidsomeone left with it. And once again nobody even apologized to me. They remade my drink and gave me a partially full drink. Andmade me late to work again. There's no winning with this location. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait 15minutes for a partially full drink? I know the girl working there did it on purpose. She was petry and rude the whole time. Overrated, expensive coffee, but you know what you're getting. Why the mark down to two stars instead of three? They are... consistently out of products. When you lack consistency, you lose customers. Read more
I visit this location everyday. Everyone is super friendly and they are great about remembering customers regular items. When... they are out of something they suggest what would work in it's place.. Some complain about the wait time but with it being ouronly starbucks drive thru for hours around, the long lines are expected. I for one think they do a great job. Read more

Clean, friendly staff, can use the Starbucks "Stars" for redeemable items like coffee, food, and merchandise. Unlike the other... two (Cannon AFB and Albertsons) which are good places but don't offer the ability to redeem stars. Table placement is nice andthe outdoor seating is good. Only complaint would be that there is not a trashcan in the outdoor seating area and unlike otherStarbucks there are not a lot of outlets or charging stations inside.
