My girlfriend is deathly allergic to any tomato product. Today we visited your store and requested no tomato or ketchup on any... burgers, informed you that she was allergic to tomato, and your employees proceeded to not only leave ketchup on our food, butput enough to be considered spiteful for even considering a custom order! If this is how you treat customers with health issues, ill be taking money to a place that won't put my significant others life at risk. Read more
By far the worse place I?ve come to. I am literally I. The drive thru typing this up. They stole 2159 reward points all because... the manager doesn?t educate Arleen on how to take codes. For some reason they refuse to serve a chicken sandwich after 10 pm. Showed up at 10:06pm and they said very disrespectfully... like I should know better that they stop serving chicken after 10. Never had this problem at any outher location. Just showspure laziness of the evening shift. Also it sits right in the middle of outher fast food restaurants that have lines goingaround the building and burger kings line is always empty. Came in with my family we all took separate orders and I was the last to order with my kids. I told the man needed to order... cause I was with my family. Kept ignoring me. Oooof, not a great location at all. They had ZERO grilled chicken available for anything. Nothing to compensate, just refund. I... ordered the BK stacker king and the bacon and cheese were both cold. Further, the woman's bathroom was dirty as hell and out ofpaper towels. The kidz zone play area is literally just chairs. The service was pitiful as the staff didn't seem to care muchabout their job.
