Tonight we sat in line for at least 20 minutes, and everything we ordered was terrible! The burger and chicken sandwich had so... much mayo on them that the bread was soggy. I asked for no cheese, but got it anyway, and the onion rings were burnt. Verydisappointed ???? Read more
Yooo these folks are awesome over here. Jack in the box in freeport let me down, I haven't been to the one in lake jackson... since they let me down. But this one always good customer service! I screwed up my order over the intercom, explained it tothe guy in the drive thru and he fixed it up even though it was no fault of his own! Thanks! Tacos were fresh too, weren'tburnt, weren't stale. As I've said in reviews of other jack in the box in the area, this the only one worth going to. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Employees of any shift are RUDE & do not want to work. I?ve worked at jack in the box before &... I did my job. Every time I order they get upset at the fact that they have to DO THEIR JOB. I can hear them laughing & talkingsmack in the background. When they take orders they?re not professional. I once asked for 10 tacos & instead of letting me downnicely the guy quickly said ?we ain?t got no tacos? with attitude. Making tacos takes but 30 secs. There was no reason to berude. They hire the worse people for this job no customer service whatsoever. They don?t greet before taking orders or sayanything after giving out the order. HORRIBLE Read more
They forgot my fries, and wen I went back to get my missing fries they took a very long time because the the that was making... them did not wanted to make them . I don't know if the manager was having problems with that employee, but it was a biginconvenience for me . The place smell like pee . My tacos ???? had very any meat . Was the food service ever. Over priced small food that takes for ever to get. Every one i go too is the same.
