In the past they have been guilty of closing an hour 30min-1hr early, as well as forgetting the cups of sauce you pay for, but... this time my complaint is one i noticed this location has consistently had. The lack of sauce on the pizza. why is it that everytime i?ve ever ordered from here the pizza was so dry? even the bread is dry, tough and chewy, and its never properly cut so yougotta rip the slices apart. I always order on the app for portal pick-up in store. Every single time I come to pick up, there?s a handwritten sign on the... door telling people to pick up via drive thru or DoorDash. I didn?t place an order 30 minutes in advance to wait in line for 30minutes. Also, they NEVER answer the phone. I called 5 times in a row before I gave up.
