In the past they have been guilty of closing an hour 30min-1hr early, as well as forgetting the cups of sauce you pay for, but... this time my complaint is one i noticed this location has consistently had. The lack of sauce on the pizza. why is it that everytime i?ve ever ordered from here the pizza was so dry? even the bread is dry, tough and chewy, and its never properly cut so yougotta rip the slices apart. I always order on the app for portal pick-up in store. Every single time I come to pick up, there?s a handwritten sign on the... door telling people to pick up via drive thru or DoorDash. I didn?t place an order 30 minutes in advance to wait in line for 30minutes. Also, they NEVER answer the phone. I called 5 times in a row before I gave up. Very unprofessional! The girl I spoke with today tried to charge me extra for getting ?less? Sauce! I had to just tell her never... mind and called our go to in LJ even thought I just moved closer to the one in Clute! Read more

Last few times I've ordered from here in a span of a couple months the crust has been like a sponge (rubbery and full of air... bubbles) and the cheese leaves an odd taste in your mouth. Used to love this place and it was my go-to but recently the pizzahas just been disgusting. On one occasion my pizza was completely stuck to the box! This is truly disappointing. Read more
Terrible service!!! They close early and didn't tell customers why and just turn you away but they clearly are helping other... customers still. Won't come to this location ever again. Really dissatisfied!! Read more
