Slow service. No offense, but took too long to bring my food and I'm a big tipper but not for being slow.
I sat in drive thru a bit and when I got to the window my 2 Sonic Blast were still sitting there while the window person was... taking orders instead of getting my ice cream or to me so it was at least 1/4 melted and all waited on ice cream cone to bemade. Not impressed at all with West Columbia Sonic. Next time I'll wait till I get to another one. Read more
Sandy was friendly and very helpful, in fact she went above and beyond to assist us. The person that provided us with our food... was cool also. The quality of the food was not the good. Can't have it all. It was fresh but over cooked. Read more
