8-16-22 Ordered chulupa meal and the pits break was so brittle you culd literally break it off like it was a chip. With... inflation the price of the combo meal was almost $12. Threw it away. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:54 p.m. waited for somebody to greet me and a woman came on and said that they were closed. I... told her that the sign said that they were still open until 10:00 and she refused to take my order saying that they were closed.I had been driving for 2 hours and have a newborn in the car. I will be contacting the owners of this facility to find out whythis woman couldn't take my order while they were still open., we make this trip quite frequently so I will make sure that Istop here again and give a bad survey every single time. I would actually like to speak to a manager. I understand closing early on a Sunday . When I go through the drive thru at 6:50... and you tell me your closed. You are not closed you serve till 7 not before. If I told a customer at my job I couldn't helpthem until the door gets locked . I would not be employed. Very poor service. Not even trying at all. Ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito. What I got was a mess. Barley any fillings and wrapped very sloppy. More wrap then filling.
My husband ordered me a cheese quesadilla and a 2 piece Cinnabon. He ordered himself a beef burrito. My order was wrong, it... was a spicy chicken quesadilla and I couldn't finish it. His beef burrito made him sick. They need to pay attention to theorders and sounds like they may have some food going bad.
