The fries look like they been sitting there all night horrible taste and cold. Very disappointing and soda had no carbonation
This place has the worst people working there I only come here cuz the food is good, my brother loves this place and it's a 1... min drive. The last 4 times I went thry always forget something. But I don't give 2 stars for forgetting stuff ir taking long.I'm giving this a 2 stars beacuse I was waiting in thr drive-thru and after saying good afternoon like 3 times they respondedsaying we are closed (this was like 3:15pm) and I was like okay and he said you can order inside tho so I got out of the drivethrew and parked in the front when I tried opening the door some lady was you can some inside go in the drive thru I got so madand when I was getting in my car 3 cars pulled in in front of me. I ate little ceasers that day. Well that was one of the thingsthat happens here in this establishment so I'm done with Jack in Coachella. Read more

Most often the staff is friendly courteous and professional at this location! There seems to be a breakdown in communication... through the drive-thru speaker. Oftentimes you don't get the things that you ordered due to this issue. It's closest to our home... burgers are okay at times.. just the fries are ALWAYS not even half ways full and cold.... why pay... 12 + dollars for a meal when the fries are just a few and cold? ... I've taken the survey and I have stated many things (e.gcold food, fries less than halfway full, ) so survey seems not to be working never was contacted. . This jack has gone down hillquickly.. Worst experience ever! The drive through was a disaster The lady keep me waiting to take my order approximately 5 minutes just... to order. The cashier took my order wrong and charge additional money for food that I never order! The food was TERRIBLE themeet taste bad! My kids burger bread was hard!! My burger bread was so hard that you could break it just by a twist. The ketchuppackages were so dirty like if they were recycled from the trash! This place is unorganized. First of all we placed order and had us wait before the window for about five min till they make our... order. I understand it?s probably due to them not wanting their timer to go off. Well they gave us our food but no fork orstraw. Also I requested my food no egg and when i open to eat it it has egg. Then i wonder whats the point if stopping beforewindow so they can do my order right. The new cheese and sausage biscuit they made was cold cold cold the cheese not evenmelted. Read more
