I wish I could not give a single star. These people are horrible. We had booked them for my sisters funeral services. They had... said they were going to come. The day of they didn't come. I called and texted to check if they were running late. No response.I called again and they had blocked my number. If you aren't able to make it, please tell me. It was so unprofessional to blocka customers number. I called from my daughter's phone and then it started ringing. They did not even have a voice-mail set up.It is so frustrating because I am already sad and struggling to make my sister's services perfect. I told all our friends andfamily that we were getting a mariachi and then no one shows up or even calls to cancel. Unprofessional. Please call anyoneelse. Hired these guys for the cocktail hour for my wedding in Joshua Tree and they were AMAZING! They came with a 7-member band... dressed in full mariachi regalia. Jesse, the band leader, was very professional and quick to respond to my emails and calls.They were even kind enough to learn a new song for my wife to walk down the aisle to- ?Son Amores? a Natalie Lafourcate versionof the old Dean Martin song ?That?s Amore?. We hired Mariachi Nuevo Amanecer to surprise my mother early in the morning on her birthday. The serenata was beautiful and had... many in tears. Mariachi Nuevo Amanecer was by far one of the best Mariachi groups I have seen in the desert. I hired them to serenade my mother... on mother's day at 4 am and they were they 10 mins before. I called them last minute and and they showed up. They were all young adults ,except for Grandpa, and they all did a wonderful... performance. They put up a show and their best performer was Grandpa! Where do I start? Mariachi Nuevo Amanecer was not only professional, but very accommodating and truly EXCELLENT!!! Did I mention... they were excellent? Yes, excellent and they are by far one of the best mariachi groups I've ever listen to and had the pleasureof hiring for my father's 90th surprise birthday party! They have amazing musicians and singers. They knew every song werequested and were dress for the occasion as we requested and were so graceful and charming. We just adore them! What a blessingthey were to our festivities and they made my father the happiest man on earth! I cannot thank them enough for making myfather's 90th birthday party so memorable. It was the best choice I made. I have hired other Mariachi bands in the valley but these guys performed better than all of them.... They sing well and they look so wonderful as well!
