Worst service ever, I went through the drive thru with my mobile order ready they then tell me their system is down, I then... order my food, and when it?s time to pay they tell me their not accepting Apple Pay or card after waiting 15-20 mins in line. Read more

It's hard to navigate the parking lot due to construction in the neighborhood. This has nothing to do with McDonald's of course... but it does affect the convenience factor and I'm sure some people go elsewhere due to this. I believe they have the bestdrive-thru in Coachella. As their staff are very professional and courteous. At the food pick up Windows sometimes you don't getthe things that you ask for. For this place to be so busy early in the morning they actually have it together. They're quick and friendly and they actually... got my entire order correct and my order was kind of difficult so I recommend them for that. I also want to give a shout out tothe dude that takes your money at the first window when you go to pay named Derek. He is the most upbeat happy person I've everseen in the morning time. I love their customer service and how quick they serve drive thru orders. I am satisfied to pick up my dinner at 2:30 am. Even... though there was a long line, the service was quick. However, they should have available credit card payment service. They onlytake cash after midnight. For a millennial like me it is hard to carry cash. I hope they can improve the credit card service. We ordered frozen coffee drinks and they tasted like cleaning fluid. It was terrifying. We asked the employees what was wrong... they said someone was working on the machine. Zero apologies. Horribly rude after straight up poisoning us. I'm so angry. Donot eat here. Read more
