What to say about this Starbucks on the corner of Jackson and Avenue 48. Those who complain about the customer service here have... just never worked in customer service before. They have no idea what it?s like to serve customers all day. It is very easy forthem to complain but be sure if they were in the employee?s positions, they would not know what to do. At ease, it?s justcoffee. If you are that focused on your money - don?t spend it. I go to this location on a regular basis and many of theemployees know me by name. I walk in and am greeted by multiple people at once because I also greet them. You get what you give.You attract what you are. This store is absolutely no different than any other store in America.
