Every time i order from here on the app, they get something I'm my sandwiches wrong. They forget to add things, wrong bread,... wrong sandwich has tomatoes. The fact that it happens every time i order from here tells me the workers are doing somethingwrong. Read more
Terrible service, in particular from Cassandra. I ordered from the Subway app, only to still wait on my sandwich to be made.... There were two people in line and they still made my sandwich wrong. I ordered it with avocado so I was charged extra, I waitedfor them to make it, and they still forgot to put avocado. I drove home and come to find that it wasn?t in my sandwich so Icalled and requested a refund since 1. I had to wait for them to make it. 2. I drove home and am charged for something that Ididn?t even get. Cassandra answered the phone and was rude from the start, told me what her manager said because apparently hermanager wasn?t in, didn?t let me finish speaking, and hung up the phone. She had the nerve to say she didn?t make my sandwich soit?s not her fault. Okay, but there?s no need to be rude. I didn?t yell, I didn?t curse at her, so why did she have to behave inthat manner?
