Completely unsatisfied!! Placed my order online, paid, went to pick up, came back home & my sandwich is inaccurate as*. Missing... 3+ more ingredients! As you guys can see, they added tomatoes & i HATE tomatoes!! I'm calling & calling them all it does is ringtheir line as busy, which I don't understand because they don't take phone orders. I use the app to place an order I order 3 turkey avocado subs and 3 other subs I only received 2 turkey avocado with no... avocado or cheese. And I was given a chicken sub which I didn't order. My other 3 subs were missing chesse or not toasted ormissing ingredients. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to our subs. I will definitely not order from thislocation again. I will rather drive a couple of more miles but enjoy my subs and have them get them right. Read more
Was looking forward to our order being ready since it was our 1st time we used the app but unfortunately it was not the case our... order was not ready and we still had to wait another 40 min. There was only one girl at counter and she was busy making thecustomers in line orders. When she was finally able to get to us it seems order got lost. Finally another girl came out and Ithought our order will get done rather quickly now that there was 2 of them not the case she began working on other orders Ifeel our order should of been finished first since we had already waited 40 minutes past our pick up time but not the case againthe girl handling our 6- ft long long sandwiches was really working at a faster pace trying to get our order done. Subway fell off our radar screen the past few years, but on a whim, hungry, we stopped in and have been doing so probably once a... week for a couple months now. We both are (very) picky when it comes to sandwiches, and we?d forgotten how Subway can tailor asandwich exactly the way we want it. This store?s employees are consistently very polite and friendly, efficient andconsistently gets it right. Clean, comfortable, cool inside, good prices and always fresh.
