I ordered Taco Bell through Uber Eats. I ordered two Doritos Locos Combos. Upon selection (see photo) I selected crunchy taco,... because I do not want any sour cream/tomatoes on my tacos or soft shell tacos. Uber drops off my order in good timing, noproblems. I opened up my taco wrap and was immediately disappointed. I got regular tacos. I called Taco Bell and they said theymade the order exactly how it showed on their screen and said I selected a regular beefy tacos. He did offer to replace order,but I mean, I ordered through Uber? plus I was on my 15 min break. He apologized for the inconvenience. I reviewed my order onUberEats and they immediately refunded me. (Pending, of course 7-10 business days.) This is just upsetting and needs to befixed. Taco Bell corporate needs to look into this. Showed up at 7:55 and although there were people in the dinning room the door was locked, there was a person trying to exit and... the heavy set young woman with the drive through head set on made a motion to gobthrough the drive through and would not let theperson trying to exit until I left the area to head for my car. I went to the drive-thru and I specifically ordered my burritos with extra cheese and onion. I told them twice to make sure the... burritos were what I ordered because last time I didn't receive my order right. I drove off and lonely behold guess what I didnot receive what I ordered I received a whole different burrito and I was very upset because that Taco Bell is way far away fromwhere I was at.
