Additional Information
First and above all else, I am a good person so I would never disparage a local business without just cause or reason. The facts... are as follows: I ordered 15 wings off the Wingstop app and my order was delivered on time. The entire batch was way overcooked. It was crunchy! However the worst part of the meal was that it had WAY too much salt! The next morning, I called tospeak to the owner or the manager of the franchise and inform them that they should keep a much closer eye on the food goingout. I was told that neither were there. I was told to call back tomorrow. I won?t be calling back tomorrow however if theywant to call me back, and receive what I consider to be valuable advice, I would be happy to share it completely at my expenseand solely for the benefit of all Coachella Valley consumers. I Successfuly placed a huge online order for party, and they took my money, then waited an hour and a half to tell me they... cancelled my order and that we can?t order online. So not only does the website let you make orders they don?t accept, but theyalso won?t get back to you within a reasonable amount of time to let you know. Left our entire party expecting wingstop for. Anhour and a half before bothering to tell us it wasn?t coming. This is beyond unprofessional and the fact that you did eventuallycontact us shows there was nothing preventing you from telling us within 20 minutes, or even an hour. First I try to order off the app and it?s takes money from two different cards then says it can?t be processed. I called the... store and the lady says it happens all the time but no worries my money will be returned in 5 business days? -_- anywayyys Iask if there is any other way to order so I pick up she said no?.
