So this store needs to completely re-hire and starting with the managers. This store is one of the worst ran location in the... area I would be embarrassed to call this my store. So wrong orders are a common issue you have to double check to make sure youhave food in kids meals and not just toy. You have to make sure your McChicken has the patty. Such a disappointment! Staff never acknowledged or even tried to take our order... We had to figure out how to use the stupid... machine and do it ourselves.... Food was cold and didn't taste fresh.... Staff had no care.... Blamed it on being understaffed... New building but still the same terrible staff and service and food!!! Read more

The old crew and store was better. I've been to this store 7 times since it has been rebuilt and the services sucks. I told them... light ketchup on my quarter pounder with bacon and they stripped it down to just cheese ketchup and bacon. Normally the oppositewhen they drown my food with ketchup.
