Every time I give this place a chance I'm quickly reminded why I stopped supporting this establishment the prior visit. The... employees are always miserable. The orders are never correct, even if you stand there and supervise every movement the employeemakes. I watched her make my sandwich, asked for the sauce on the side. While I was paying another girl bagged the order and puteverything in the bag except for the sauce. Let me tell you, there is absolutely nothing like a dry sub. If you haven't had theluxury in partaking make sure to clear your schedule! It takes about thirty minutes to down a 6 inch. Guaranteed to be drierthan the Mojave. I suggest paying your employees more, the monetary effort put forth would impact your customers tremendously.The employees only give the effort they are paid to give. Read more

I never had a problem ordering from this place and I've done it lots. Orders were always exact, prompt, friendly, and tasty

We got home the girl totally messed our hoagies up we had my daughter wait n pay and got home bread was squishy wet lettuce was... already wilted and gave us three ham hoagies instead of two Italian there was no mayo and no onions it was one flap of meat andcheese it was disgusting four hoagies all together my money shot Read more

Poor customer service lady was very rude and disrespectful treated us like we were trash talk down to us wasn't a very pleasant... experience I'll he he tag my business to the subway in shamokin it's definitely a better quality of food and workers all freshfood meats very fast and friendly we bade where we eat at by our experience in the store I'm eating at if I was a secret shoppershe'd be fired and her manager wasn't no better the problem is the servers forget what they we're wsked in the interview andtell us a way a customer was upset and you made it better well fail she didn't because she was rude I don't think she wastelling the truth if she said she has she's a liar cidney I think her name was doesn't know what customer service is she needs aclass to teach her a thing or two only so many people gonna take that kinda disrespectful rude behavior before everyone takestheir business elsewhere if I could I'd give it zero stars don't know why company's hire such rude people it's sad Read more

My rating has nothing to do with the food. I love Subway's menu. The food is wonderful and the employees are friendly. I agree... with some of the other posts that the hours for this restaurant franchise in Walmart are wrong. If they are not wrong and areadvertised correctly, then something needs to be done to make sure that the issue gets corrected. I have worked in the fast foodindustry and I do know that you cannot stay open if there are no customers. If that's the case, then how about changing yourhours? Closing 1 hour earlier? Open 1 hour later? Do both? Disappointing your customers is not a good way to stay in business. Ihope you read these suggestions and reviews and really think about them. Read more
