I absolutely love Subway. However, I just got home, checked my bank account, only to realize that they overcharged me quite a... bit. I ordered 2 sandwiches for me and my family with a coupon and I guess they forgot to apply it. Like I said, I love Subwayand have been eating there for a long time so I'm just looking for the overcharge to be refunded and I can change myreview. Edit: I went over there pretty much immediately afterwards and they gave me another Sub. Couldn't give me a refund butI'm completely fine with the extra sandwich. I am usually treated like family at Coaldale subway. I always order the same thing, and they always know what toppings and... extras I want. There has never been an issue, other than perhaps no soup left...but tonight, I was told that I couldnt get myegg n sausage ft long. Also, it does not go in a sub, only on a english muffin, and that it has to be before 11:00 am. She wasvery rude to me after waiting at least 45 min. In fact customers were leaving because of the inadequacy and line up that hadformed. The line was out the door with people waiting. I have never been so disgusted and if there wasnt a customer behind me Iwould of told her so. I had to repeat myself numerous times on my order, and she still didnt get it right! Whether she is thatdaft, I dont know, but as long as she is employed there...I will not be returning. It has nothing to do with the manager, as shehas no problems with what I order. So therefore my rating has gone from 5 stars down to 1! Read more
I wish I could go there every day. Every time I do go there I get an amazing experience and the employees always make sure to... tell me have a great day. The restaurant is very clean and smells delicious when I go inside.The employees are always smilingand friendly. I recommend whoever's is reading this review to go to Subway someday in their life. This restaurant is just like any other Subway anywhere else. It is always clean and tidy. Like some of the other comments, my... only 'beef' is with staff friendliness. Often don't even get a "hello" or even a smile. Its like you are an inconvenience bycoming in and asking for a sandwich. Next door to Subway is a delicious Dutch bakery that also makes amazing sandwiches, thoughtheir hours aren't as great as Subway's. Read more
In person experience is great. But when you do online, expect your order to be messed up. Asked for extra lettuce and spinach? I... received a sprinkle of lettuce and no spinach. 1 piece of tomato and hardly any sauce when I picked extra. Also would be a goodoption to add jalapeños as an option because every time I ask in the notes, it doesn?t work. Disappointed as this is the 2ndand now the last time I order online. Read more
