The lights went out, we had undercooked steaks, the waitress apologized, agreed on a discount, then she came and said that she... could not make a discount due to the fact that there was no light. If you can plan ahead doing the preorder will help you get your food quickly when you arrive. The food is amazing so no doubt... why there is always a line. However don't let that discourage you the line moves quickly. Lots of outdoor seating to dine. Thisincludes individual stools at a bar style seating. Too hot you think to sit outdoors. Located across the street from Harris ranch inside the Shell gas station. Right next to Tesla charging stations so it?s a... perfect spot to grab a quick bite while charging. Ordering is like subway/chipotle style & food is handed to you just as you?repaying for the bill. I had the tri tip sandwich and wife has a bean & cheese burrito with a choice of additional toppings. Wealso had the mac n cheese. Food was good- mac n cheese is kind of bland but tasted alright. Would definitely come back againwhen driving through & charging our car. Read more
Very awesome roadside stop on I-5 in the Central Valley. It's a very popular place so expect a line. I tried the burnt ends... and the brisket and the burnt ends were incredible! I also got a side of beans which were average. I would definitely stop byagain to get a bunch of burnt ends! Read more
OTR Long Haul Owner Operator Truck Driver. So this was a pretty nice stop. I got to enjoy some good Pull Pork and Rice. Very... filling for $15.00. The station attached to the building is a Shell gas station. The Deisle side of the gas station is notassociated with the store, restraint, hotel or Shell fuel. It's a Fuel Man Pump which you have to call a 100 number and have afuel man card. That's no good really in my opinion. The restroom was located outside of the other structures in its ownbuilding. The restrooms could have been more maintained for sure. There is a hudge dirt lot with lots of parking for semi Trucksof any size. Worst ribs I have had in my life. I thought when the knife had trouble going thru them it was because she was hitting bone. Nope... it was that tough and dry. Took one bite and threw yours in the trash. 16.95 right in the garbage can out side.. The smokeflavor was pungent because they was not smoked under a light blue haze. It was probably grayish white. On our way to San Jose to fly out to Hawaii and we stopped here so we wouldn?t have to eat disgusting fast food. Overall the... food was delicious. The highlights were the brisket and the cornbread. The brisket was really tender and juicy, and thecornbread was just about the best I?ve ever had honestly. The jalapeño in the cornbread was really good. The baby back porkribs were dry and overcooked though. We will definitely stop here next time we?re in the area.
