This place is a gem. Where else can you sip beers, listen to good music, meet new folks along the creek. They bring in good food... trucks, kids can play. Plenty of shade on these hot days. What else do you want? Highly recommended. Come on down!!!! Read more

Awesome experience. Good food truck, good blues music. An ice cream truck even showed up. Lots of families having fun, kiddos... were playing in the water. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, this was just an awesome, chill hangout. Will beback every chance I get! Read more

Rather disappointed but mainly in the brewery employees. I stopped in to the Brandywine Outfitters location one Sunday afternoon... in June. The Kershner Brothers staff were very unfriendly and played the most ridiculous music from the sound system. I orderedtwo beers which were mediocre offerings of the individual styles and was met with a bartender that just didn’t want to bethere. This was obvious from his zero eye contact and dismissive nature. He never really spoke and more or less just mumbledunder his breath what could only be a complaint about my even approaching the bar causing him to do his job. Surly would be theword I would use to describe it only on the spectrum of disinterested with a more standoffish vibe. Blaring from the oversizedspeakers was what sounded like straight up profanity laced gangster rap music. This choice seemed oddly out of place given therural wooded setting and the obvious crunchy granola type clientele pulling onto the property. The music suddenly cut out andI’m assuming it was at the behest of patrons as there were clearly audible protests . It was replaced for a short time withmore appropriate tunes but only for a song or two and then it was just silence. Another brewery employee walked around appearingto be handling other business but none of this was evident at the lack of service and the attitude only worsened the morepatrons arrived. I left rather dissatisfied with the brewery experience but very pleased with Mezzaluna Pizza. The property isnice but could use a bit of a face lift, not much but trim a few spots and some easier parking. Also it might be a good idea tochange breweries as Kershner Brothers apparently don’t understand that their presence and lack of customer service andprofessionalism makes a difference. Like I said the beer is rather mediocre. In a world of choice in regards to beer you need tostep up your game a bit. Read more
