This Burger King location consistently delivers extremely poor customer service. There is nothing even remotely 'fast' about the... service at this particular 'fast food' restaurant. Burger King corporate offices should seriously consider revoking allfranchise rights held by the owner of this location. They have no business running a restaurant and consistently fail to live upto the expectations of the Burger King brand. Your time is better served going to literally any other fast food location in thesurrounding area. Read more
The service was quick at the Burger King on Airport Rd Coatesville. However, the food was NOT hot and was given a Dr Pepper... instead of a coke. As you can see the receipt says, COKE?. After reheating my sandwich and fries, it was good. Read more
20 minutes for a drive thru Whooper JR meal lol what? Excuse me? I know everyone is short staffed. But when I can see 5... employees within the establishment, at least 1 manager and still have to wait 20 minutes for cold French fries? That?sridiculous. The food always takes a while. My burger was cold. The Sprite tasted like chemicals. I must say though, the fries were really... good. Fresh and hot. Everytine I've been to this Burger King there is usually a decent wait to get your food. Even thoughthere's nobody there. Read more
I usually have always had a great experience at this Burger King! The food quality has improved a ton. Working almost directly... across the street, this is usually a go to spot for me & my coworkers. It was at 7am when I decided to pull into the drive thruto grab a quick breakfast, when the lady at the speaker box rudely told me that they aren?t open & to get away from the drivethru! I gotta say this is the first time in a very long time I have had delicious fast food. My son wanted something and I was... skeptical because in the past other places have given us cold disgusting food but we tried again. The fries and onion rings werecold and obviously sitting awhile but the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We got the new chicken sandwiches and you cantell they just were made.
