To potential customers of this establishment, take the extra time to drive somewhere and pick up a warm, properly made... order. For the record... when you deliver COLD food to someone and they ask you to remake it at your suggestion, you don't putthe remake order AT THE END OF THE LINE and tell the person you just gave cold food to that it's going to be another hour foryou to go across the street. This was a great location.. The past couple times we have order from this location we've had bad service. Each time our pizza... was "out for delivery" for almost 2 hours. When we finally received the order it was stone cold. We even called the shop andthey stated that our pizza was out for delivery. We asked if the pizza will still be warm since it has been way over an hour...The person just stated again that the pizza is out for delivery. I love Domino's and one of the reasons why is because this one, specifically, takes care of any mistakes. Tonight was no... exception. Part of my order did not come with the pizza, but the driver went back and got it instead of the restaurant justrefunding me the price. This is the type of customer service that people want and every company should provide. I will ALWAYSorder from here before Papa John's because of this level of service. Thank you again for dinner. This used to be a good place for decent quality pizza at a great price. A recent order has changed my mind. The wings were tiny,... the Pan Pizza was no thicker than a normal one and the toppings were thin. Clearly they are cutting costs. Read more
We love dominoes and this definitely won?t stop us from continuing to order, just something we?ve taken note of. The past two... time we?ve order delivery, we?ve ordered a 12 inch pie and garlic bread twists with marinara sauce. Each time we?ve beendelivered a pizza (delicious) but cinnamon twists come?. With marinara sauce?.. lol we had a good chuckle about it this time, wecalled and got a credit for next time. Ordered from Coatesville location the last several times hoping my pizza would be right. Also because it?s convenient to pick up... 5 minutes away. Order with regular cheese and what do I get that time, barely any cheese and a lot of bald spots. Barely sauce.This time ordered with extra cheese and still some bald spots missing cheese. My son says all you can taste is the bread andsome cheese. Never the hell again. All the money I?ve spent at this location. Read more
Pizza was good, they gave me garlic knots instead of bread sticks but that isn't a huge deal. I do want to commend them for... their composure when an impatient customer came in to complain about how long it was taking and how it was supposed to bedelivered to the car not understanding that it was a Friday night and they were slammed. Even with the guilt trip of her beingdisabled to con them into given a discount, the entire staff, calmly got her order together and helped her out the door.
