We came here earlier this week and I forgot my wife’s Chinese donuts. So I was gonna pick her up some being in the area. I... asked the lady for an order of donuts. She said WHAT, we don’t have any. I said when will you have them. Again WHAT, wedon’t have any. I said ok when did you stop? Now she’s yelling, WE DON’T MAKE NO MORE. WE DON’T MAKE NO MORE. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. So I show up to pick up my food, from the very beginning I’m getting nothing.bad and... unpleasant energy from the woman ringing me up. She was very short with me the whole time. Mumbling. So I pay for my food andask if I can get some fortune cookies, which apparently annoys her. She mumbles something incoherentlwhile pointing at the bag,so I take that to be her saying she already put some in there. So I leave thinking I got my cookies and also to get away fromthis ignorant woman.needless to say their weren’t any in the bag and the exchange left me feeling very uncomfortable anddissatisfied. Very solid Chinese restaurant! We just moved to the area, and this will definitely be our go-to for takeout Chinese. I've been... searching for a place that makes the kind of fried rice I like, ever since my favorite Chinese restaurant from my old stompinggrounds closed over a decade ago. I'm so happy to finally find fried rice like this again! The only difficulty I had was pickingup the food. They have a window that everything needs to be passed through, and a speaker for the person inside to talk to you.I found it difficult to understand the person through the speaker. Read more
Lived in the area 8 years and thought I would try this place for the first time. What a joke! Ordered, husband picked order up,... no receipt on the bag, child did the payment exchange and he came home. Gave us the completely wrong order, called, the personon the phone argued with me that it was my order. Finally after some side chat with someone in the restaurant, I was told oh wehave your order right here. My husband leaves again to get our food. They did not offer anyway to make the inconvenience rightor offer any money off until I called back. Long story short, we will continue to order from Zing like we always have from nowon. Zing is more expensive but after this fiasco, they are worth the extra. What a shame to this business who could have had anew customer. Read more
