We went to King Tavern for the first time tonight,, probably also will be our last time.. the parking situation is absolutely... horrible. We had reservations for 6:45. Which was good thing, because the place was crowded. the waitress came over and took ourdrink order and once our drinks came out we place are appetizers and our dinner order in. Appetizers came out in good time. ButI can't say that for our dinner. It took them 1h 35m to we got are food. I watch other customers sit-down place their order andget their food before I got ours. Granite I got a tomahawk steak dinner and my girlfriend got lobster tail but it doesn't take 1hour and 35 minutes to cook!! I've been to other restaurants in order Tomahawk steaks and they come out in less than 30 minutes.we never got apology for taking forever!!! never got any money taken off the bill or a free dessert for the long wait time. ourfood was good, but between the long wait time food dinner and the horrible parking lot. My friends and I had a great dinner! The place is completely remodeled . The menu is solid. I am looking forward to checking out... the prime rib. This place seems like what Coatesville has been waiting for, a complete fine dining experience with solid service. Read more
