Food was cold fries taste like they have been sitting since yesterday I was supposed to get 3 fries I got one fry not in box... just dumped in bag called to talk to manager about it and was told to busy to come to phone to call back I was in the parkinglot they are not busy just lazy. I wish they would just shut down and bring a better place to coats. Read more
Worst hardees ive ever been too the last time i came a week ago i ordered a mushroom swiss and 5 piece tenders i got home and... the fries was hard they was so old and they burger got theown in the trash like it had been sitting all day and the chickentenders was 7 pieces of nuggets and hard as bricks could even bite in them so tonight i decided to order 15 piece tenders onlinei waited 15 mins as online said drice ten mins there to be told oh sorry we dont have any nor can we refund your money and toldme i had to figure out how to get my refund from the place i ordered " their website " so aince there waa no way to get a refundi said i was going to call the corporate office ,then they magically found 15 tenders ,its just pure laziness ,i would notreccommend stopping here to eat theres been so many times i stop here because is conveneint and its always the same situation iwrite this review while im waiting 15 more mins on my food so now i have 45 mins of waiting on my order ,its just complete nonesense and they all seem to hate there job the black woman that looks like a man and the lil short mexican woman who was themanager at that time should not work at a business that requires customer service Read more
This has to be one of the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. I've been there twice within the last week and they just can't get... it together. Ordered 2 hamburgers with extra pickles and when I get them they have no mustard or ketchup on them. Not only thatbut one of them was old and hard when I bit into it. Someone really needs to get in there and do something with this placebefore they lose all the customers. I doubt I go back unless they change it. Read more
