If you are looking for a cute little vineyard with delicious wine and fantastic staff- check this place out! Even amidst a busy... August full of wine-fest customers, the owner was kind enough to fit in for a full tasting. The lady working that day was veryknowledgeable about the vineyard, and wine in general too; a delight to chat with! Was pleasantly surprised by their balsamicofferings too. We will be back! Wines and balsamic are amazing!! The Rose is perfectly balanced and such a lovely summer treat. I would have loved to give five... starts however sadly the conversations with the person doing the tasting were not focused on the wonderful wines or vineyard shejust complained about how awful all the customers were the entire time. The owner was absolutely lovely, but then the employee who gave us our samples came out. She was abrupt, didn't seem to care to... take the time to have a conversation and just simply said no when we asked to sample anything else, even after offering to paythe difference. Right on the menu there is a unique wine where they suggest to taste it before buying a bottle. We asked for ataste, she said no and walked away. We got up and left. No interest in going back not buying a bottle of their overpriced wine. Read more
Update: my burger was very tasty. If I where to be just a little picky, I would say that the bacon was a little under done. But... I would be happy to recommend this restaurant in Vineyard to anyone. Read more
I absolutely love this wine! We've been enjoying this wine ever since it was expertly paired with our meal at a favourite... restaurant of ours. Venturi-Schulze has been surprising us every year since then with delicious red and whites. Whenever we takea trip up island we call ahead to make sure they are open so we can see what new offerings they have with an informative anddelightful tasting, usually hosted by the owners and cultivators.
