Food was ok, but bland. Ordered two identical tacos but one was spicy and one was not. Complimentary chip basket had several... small chunks of what could have been ground beef. Several things on the menu were out of stock- which isn?t a big deal but wouldhave been nice to know before we tried ordered some of those items. No Tequila, no corona, no diet coke, no sangria, my friends chicken was raw, one of my tacos was warm and one cold, the "Mexican... street corn" was cold and way too spicy. The beef tacos was very good but not enough to redeem the experience, my friend wasgiven a free drink on the house due to lack of options for drinks but would not recommend this place, maybe it was an offnight... We walked into a very friendly hello. The server was so friendly and helpful. We started with margaritas which were really good.... More importantly the food was fantastic! The carnitas and shrimp tacos were my favorite! We also loved the side of street corn.We will definitely be back! The server said they are creating a new menu and I can?t wait to see what?s on it! The food would be top notch except my tacos had so much raw garlic I'm still spitting it out. Server was good - well, everything... except the garlic ruining it. Steak and shrimp cooked perfectly, queso fresco, flame cooked tortillas, so good,.. I wonder howanyone got the idea that Mexican (or any cuisine) requires so much. I adore garlic, stewed Cuban Garlic chicken being in my top5 dishes. But all the care with the other ingredients was simply wasted, overpowered by chunks of raw garlic. Read more
I happened to be in the area on business, so I stopped by here and it was the best decision I could?ve made. I?ve been in the... area for the past week, ate at a few different places, but this was by far the best. Service was quick, waitress was veryfriendly, and food was outstanding. Visited today for the first time, my sister and my girlfriend. We were approached right away to order drinks, then we each... ordered 2 tacos. (Which we?re ready within 10 mins) They were amazing, we liked the carne asada tacos the most so we ordered 3more for the table. After the bill was brought out to us we learned that in Tuesdays they offer ?buy 2 get one free?! Awesomesurprise! Oh boy, we really had high hopes for this place and it was? truly terrible from start to finish. We got there just after 8 on a... Friday night. Place was empty. We asked if they were still serving and the hostess/server (who had been in the back texting)said yes and to sit anywhere. We ordered apps and margaritas (they were out of everything except frozen margaritas) immediatelyand tacos when the server came next. Then she disappeared. 35 minutes later, tacos finally arrived, all stone cold. Serverdisappeared again. We finally gave up waiting and found her in the back to pay. I mentioned when paying that we felt she shouldknow the food was cold. She said ?Yeah, you got here right before we closed.? So apparently if the server doesn?t feel likeworking, she holds your food until it?s cold so you never come back. Mission accomplished? Read more
