Late lunch, service was excellent. Just had a club sandwich with fries, but it was very tasty.
Went to this restaurant with a large group (35) booked almost a week ahead and would not recommend. After over 2.5 hours many... people did not get their meals including children. Staff did not communicate issues or resolve in anyway. Possibly the worstrestaurant experience I have ever had, if I could give a zero I would. Bought meals for take out and food was great!! The only issue i had is that it was not mentioned that burgers have no condiments... added. Being we are on a trip, we only discovered that once it was too late. Would be great if this was considered to bementioned when someone takes out food. Read more

We had a really good time at Castle johns Cobourg! The food was astonishing, and it was served to us fast. The waitress,... Jessica, was very friendly and kind, while taking our order, as well as serving us. She checked on us often. I will definitelycome back to this amazing restaurant! Read more
We have always been very satisfied with our food but last night was not acceptable. It was not busy but we waited 25 minutes... for a server to come to our table. We finally order our food, lasagna, steak medium and ribs and wings. After 45 minutesfinally got our food. My steak was so well done I could hardly get a knife through it. My veggies were cold. The wings wereluke warm and the lasagna could have been hotter. I told the server about my food and she offered to replace it but we hadalready been there longer than we planned I declined. The server said they would take some off the bill. Well they did give usa credit of $2.40 for a meal I was unable to eat.We were shocked to say the least. We won't be back!! Read more

My husband daughter and myself stopped by for a nice Friday dinner. Server was inattentive. Ordered apps that came after our... main meals were served. Food was half cold on one plate, fully cold on another. $120 for a cold experience by both server andkitchen. The server came by once to see if we needed anything.
