I've had the misfortune of stopping here twice this summer - I figured I'd give them a second chance, and it was their... last. The staff are incredibly rude. I wasn't thanked either time for my business, and when I thanked the employee for my food,the reply was "yeah". I get you're not working your dream job, but that isn't my fault. They also don't listen, my (simple)order was wrong both times. I asked for a receipt both times, and didn't get one. Went in at 930 for a quick snack and the closing staff were talking and joking loudly (not work related and not super... appropriate topics), and throwing items across the store to one another. Background unprofessionalism aside, my treats weremade quickly and correctly and the young lady who served me was really sweet. Read more
I feel terrible for the staff at this location. Everyone was running around, so busy and clearly not enough people working for... this busy location. Hopefully they can hire more people as workers were spent. Stood at cash for 10 minutes with noacknowledgement. Walked out with no order made. Last time I went, same issue except a supervisor was yelling at the staff infront of customers, working their tails off. Read more
Really disappointed in the blizzard I got tonight. I asked for a small Oreo dirt pie blizzard. When I received it in the drive... thru, it was covered in chocolate sauce on the outside and had no lid. I asked for napkins but it was still super sticky. When Igot home, I had 1 single gummy worm in my entire blizzard. Read more
Worst DQ I've ever been to. The wait time in drive thru is horrendous all the time. Today, i got 4 different types of ice cream.... By the time it was handed through the window to me it was all practically soup and they thought that was acceptable to serve toa customer. Spilled all over my car trying to get it home. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is the second time back to back that I have had a terrible experience. First the wait... time is ridiculous, even if not busy. The last 2 time I have gone they have messed up my order, one time messing it up twice inone order. The second time I caught it before leaving and they took the burger I asked for plain and just switched the bun,didnt even put it in a new box. There was clearly other condiments in the box it came in as well as on the bun and the taste ofpickles on the burger. The chocolate shake was incosumable, literally tasted like syrup. It was very disappointing. We will notbe visiting this Dairy Queen again. Its just not worth the money what so ever. Literally $25 just flushed down the drain. Read more
I wouldn't normally review a dairy queen but this place is so terrible hopefully it will save someone else some money. The food... is inedible, I like dq burgers but they are dry, old and cold every time. Just got blizzards (for the last time) and somehowafter having to repeat multiple times my order they gave me 2 plain mint blizzards with no toppings. I wouldn't waste yourmoney the people that work there are terrible. Read more
I've been to this location quite a few times, hoping each time maybe it will improve but I'm done now. Everyone there is always... so miserable and rude; I've only dealt with one nice lady that didn't sigh and roll their eyes at me when I ask for something assimple as napkins.
