This is my go-to place for lunch! There is always a place to sit, things to read if you choose. I love the options they have.... Ready made food, or made to order! Hyper Monkey smoothie is the bomb! I like to stop in once or twice a week for a take home meal. Everything I have gotten is very fresh and tasty. The kitchen is... spotless and the staff are very friendly. I try to eat healthy and organic as much as possible, and these folks are a realblessing for Cobourg! A real bonus is they are located in the vitamin store so I can pick up my supplements as well. Cobourg needs more places like this. I fell in love the first time I ate here. Their food is so clean, and I know they only... cook with premium top quality organic ingredients. You can tell everything you order is made fresh on the spot. The cooks,and staff couldn't be more accommodating, especially if you are aiming to eat better.
