Used to be a regular but won?t be back. $20 for a chicken tinga bowl, portion was very small, staff wouldn?t let me add extra... toppings even when I said I would pay extra. The bowl is half full, and it was over $20. Disappointing. Read more

I want to say how disappointed I am in this place. I have been a regular here for many years and recently it has been a... disappointing place to eat. On my last visit My friends and I where treated horribly by one of the staff member. She was rudeand seemed like she didn?t really care about us or the food. I understand people have bad days, but this one employee treated usterribly. She gave us Attitude for no reason and the servings where extremely small (not as they usually are). I Absoluetly love Mucho Burrito not only for my food choice when it comes to a quick meal but the service is outstanding and... they are always pleasant. Today I am sitting in my car with a baby not wanting to go out in the rain and take her out so Icalled to place my order and she not only did my order over the phone but offered to run it out to my car. I've visited this location multiple tines and on each occasion the staff have been pleasant and the establishment was spotless.... Each visit the staff was very helpful with assisting me making my dining decision which was great as there are many to choosefrom. Prices are more than fair considering a Big Mac costs $10 these days. To that point all the ingredients were fresh anddelicious and the serving size left me full.
