I normally do not write reviews but I feel that I need to warn future customers. Do not go into this establishment.Terrible... customer service. No greeting. Papa John's pizza is one of best tasting pizzas from a franchise in Cobourg. We won't order from another. The quality of the... ingredients is higher than other places. The crust is perfect. The prices are higher on a regular day but order on WackyWednesday or check out their deals and it's worth it. Plus the delivery guys are courteous and nice. Read more

Pizza was good. Lots of pineapple, however, I could count the pieces of tomatoes on it there were that little.
This is the second Papa John's store of this chain we are visiting. The same cleanliness, brand integrity in design and... looks. And the kids, at both locations, dishing out gr8 service with courtesy and smile. Tried the new spicy pepperoni rolls.Great introduction to the menu. Shipped to the wrong address. Didnt even call to correct. When we called them they won't even discount the pizza we ordered.... Didnt even receive our order and the guys on the phone were very rude Read more
There's was an error with the app, it wouldn't allow me to order. The Cobourg, ON location fixed the error. I ordered... delivery. It got delivered. There was an error within the app and the large plain cheese in my order wasn't there, the app haddoubled the other pizza ordered. With starving kids, I called in, and we discussed the receipt order and -GRACIOUSLY- decidedto send that large cheese pie.
