Can?t dine in or pickup! They lock the door. I visit this location on a Friday morning and there?re about 6+ cars waiting in... drive-thru. So I order online choosing pickup. When I try to open the front door, it?s locked! Luckily someone from inside openthe backdoor(which can only be open from inside) so I get in. But then cashier acted like I?m a criminal and asked how did Icome in. They also educated me that the door is locked for reason. While if you?re not capable to handle dine-in or pickup, puta sign on the door or show it online! Customer doesn?t know why the door is locked especially there?re people sittinginside! I came to this location at 10am on a Saturday morning hoping to get into the restaurant to grab donuts and coffees only to find... out that drive thru was the only section open. I HATE drivethru. Why is it like this usually at this location?? I ended updriving to the one located on William Street only to find out that the drive thru line up wrapped around the building and theline to get into the restaurant was outside the door. I went home empty handed. Going home I had to pass by this location againand saw a couple of moms and their kids in strollers wanting to get inside only to find out that the restaurant portion wasn'topen. So disappointed???? I wish they closed drivethru and open the restaurant instead to accommodate BOTH ppl coming on footand in vehicles. Read more

Constantly gets orders wrong, constantly doesn't have product in stock, constantly opening late and closing early, the longest... wait times I have ever experienced at any Tim Horton's and that says a lot. Oh how you have fallen, and you're thinking aboutintroducing pizzas? How about you fix your current product and offer your staff more and your company might run a littlesmoother, Tim Horton's is a joke these days. Read more

Just went through the drive thru.... EXCESSIVE LONG WAIT.... almost 1/2 hour...3km on my gas gauge went by !!!!!!! You might... want to put another lane in so people can get out of line... Boxed in ..no where to go... Not sure what the issue was but mightwant to figure it out .... Other times I have gone there.. they don't have the grill available... Not impressed ... Read more

My buddies & I have taken to meeting here of late due to a weeks long staff shortage at our regular coffee spot, which has... resulted in it's dining room being closed. This Tim's location is fairly new so everything is in good shape and the place isclean. Food & coffee is the same as every other location. If you like Timmie's offerings, you wont be disappointed here. I onlygave the place 3 stars because while everything is new & the place looks nice, it's too hot inside. It's currently summer andthey should crank the air a bit. I sweat just sitting there. Hot coffee doesn't help but Hey...its Timmies. Their coffee is whatthey're famous for. Read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I live right behind the building and I walked in with my family. Unfortunately I forgot to carry the... wallet and my wife quickly went back to get it. My 2 years kid was crying loud to have the Donut.I placed the order andrequested them to give the Donut as my kid was crying loud but they refused & I am having 760 points on my app still they didn?tgive it until my wife was back with the wallet. Lovely ???????????? decor! 10/10 for such interior. I believe this could be a model for other Tim Hortons interior decor.... Coming back to my rating...I assume this is newly opened branch and things are yet to be in order. But knowing Tim Hortons andtheir capabilities, any new facilities should be equipped with proper resources. I have no complaints against any stuff membersbut I must say they are not up to it! The person who took my order (in store), lacks energy SEVERLY. I saw someone correctinghim not properly following the procedure for making a coffee. Another lady came in after me, who asked for FOOD, the person wentback to check the stock and finishe the payments. After a while they came back and said they can deliver half of theorder!! New store and may be crew members are not fully up to the speed. I know they will get better with time. But theseissues can be looked into from day 1. Read more
