Our debit card was skimmed at this location. This happened at approximately 2pm 11/8/22. Shortly afterwards there were two... attempts to use the card from the UK. This was verified through our bank. Manager was notified, became defensive and stated thatit couldn?t happen there. Hopefully but doubtfully this will be addressed. Read more
Didn't have half the things I wanted to order and wasn't told until after they took payment so I said no thanks just refund my... money, they wouldn't do it because I had to contact the app for my refund. And yet every McDonald's I asked about this said theyshould have given the refund. Read more
9 times out of 10 our order is screwed up. I have given them many opportunities but will no longer be going back. It takes a lot... for me to leave a negative review on a place. If you go to this location double check your order before leaving. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service .. to start with the lady taking our order was very rude ,and when we asked her to read our... order back she snapped at us and told us to go to the window. Then a guy ( acting high on something)read it to us and it wasmissing some items .. we told him what it was missing he said he would fix it and make sure there was a baby toy in happy mealwith ranch and extra napkins as well , after 15 mins of waiting we got our order , missing fry's and milk no napkins or ranch ,when I went in to talk to manager I was denied by the first lady who took our order .. she gave me a baby toy and a milk . Anopen milk !!! . I again tryed to talk to manager, he came over and I told him what had happened and he said quote " well we arebusy" and walked away and to top it off when I went to use restroom toilets where overflowing with p**p and paper !!!! Person taking our order could barely speak English let alone speak up enough to compensate for the noise of the semi's passing... by, after finally confirming our order at the pay window we were still missing an order of frys...told the guy that and he readthe order back again and confirmed three orders of frys....asked to confirm the toddler toy...said yes it's there...asked forranch...said yes it will be in there...... received our order a few minutes later..... missing an order of frys....had to payfor the third fry there because it wasn't on the original order..... received the frys and went to our destination..... uponfurther investigation.... no receipt....no napkins....no ranch....no kids milk...and no toddler toy. Went back to talk to amanager and was denied. Person said I didn't need a manager they would handle it. This person being the same one that took myorder barely speaking English. Gave me an OPEN container of milk....had to ask her for another one and when manager did appearjust brushed the whole incident off to "well we're just busy". Highly do not recommend this place. Their staff needs to beretrained or replaced immediately. Corporate needs to fix this problem. This lack of service and commitment to ones job isridiculous and needs to be addressed. Read more
Ordered up a Dbl quarter pounder. The burger was pretty good but it was drenched with oil /grease. Don't most places get rid of... that excess stuff? The box and bun were soaked with grease and I had to pad dry the thing. So that was the only negative.Everything else was great. Read more

Best place to stop when traveling I 5 through Oregon. Food gas and restrooms plus a place to walk the dogs.
