Literally, every time I go to this place, they forget something in my order . I think it?s a huge management issue. They should... check the food and double-check the order before it even gets handed out the window . Im starting to think any fast food chainin Cochran is corrupt at this point. CANNOT SAVE COCHRAN ! Second time through drive thru in a week that we can't seem to get the order correct. First time was at breakfast on Thursday... and now a second time getting boxes of chicken. Missing biscuits at breakfast and missing pieces of chicken at dinner. And no,I don't want to drive back and get what was missing. When visiting this location for the first time, my overall experience was good. The lines moved pretty quickly, despite being... long. The only complaint that I would have is that some of my order was not how I ordered it. The receipt and labels werecorrect, but the food wasn't. This was during the first two weeks of them being open, and I will most likely give them anothertry. Read more
They need to get organized 10 min wait on a shake and now your food is cold. No apology. Floor looks dirty in food area. Workers... on top of Each other not knowing what is going on. Very bad experience. Read more
