Second time through drive thru in a week that we can't seem to get the order correct. First time was at breakfast on Thursday... and now a second time getting boxes of chicken. Missing biscuits at breakfast and missing pieces of chicken at dinner. And no,I don't want to drive back and get what was missing. When visiting this location for the first time, my overall experience was good. The lines moved pretty quickly, despite being... long. The only complaint that I would have is that some of my order was not how I ordered it. The receipt and labels werecorrect, but the food wasn't. This was during the first two weeks of them being open, and I will most likely give them anothertry. Read more
They need to get organized 10 min wait on a shake and now your food is cold. No apology. Floor looks dirty in food area. Workers... on top of Each other not knowing what is going on. Very bad experience. Read more
1 star is generous. The experience was awful. They don't know what they're doing. They handed us part of our order, had to... tell them what was missing, they gave us some more, still waited for the rest.. hubby went in after a full 10 minutes waiting atthe drive thru for the shake, came out with it and the cup was so flimsy my hand went thru it and shake everywhere ...he wentback in and brought it all back, got refund. Great customer service! We had lunch there today. The fries were hot, the burger was good and the bun wasn?t smashed like so... many fast service restaurants, although a warm bun would have been nice. Always good food. Friendly servers. Would have been a 5 but all the tables were dirty.
