Very poor customer servic, food quality and frequent low health department scores that are required to be remedied for... continuation of business. The older folks that have been at this location for years are all kind and know their business andhow to interact positively with customers. However, the young hires have no communication skills nor are there any skillsassociated with normal worker/customer interactions. I have been through this location so many times and it just seems to bestandard operating procedure to not say "Welcome", "Please", or the worst omission, "Thank you for your order.". I couldexpound on the food quality bu5 really stands out is how often the order is put into the bag incomplete. I feel this is due tolimited reading ability and lack of concern that an order even is delivered correctly. Read more

Extremely rude. Waited in line to order until caisher decided to leave to and stand next to drink machine to discuss scheduling... with coworker. After 5 or so minutes of awkwardly standing there waiting for them to finish chatting we decided to go elsewhere. Read more

The staff is friendly they have the best coffee in the world I don't care what anybody says McDonald's coffee at McDonald's not... the ones you can buy in the stores now but their coffee is absolutely the best in the world I would travel the world to haveMcDonald's coffee and if God forbid I had to be serve my last meal my choice of drink would be a grande McDonald's coffee withSplenda and cream mix in the food can be very average at best at times different tries used to be wonderful but now they're justaverage in my opinion however the staff at least where we visited recently is always been pretty friendly so I have nothing badto say about the service Read more

Customer service was decent. However, you do not get what you paid for. My drinks were half full as if someone had drunk my... drink. I had to walk in to fill my own cup, the juice was flat due my drink had been sitting for awhile before receiving. I trymy best to not be a nagging customer because I know how it is as a former food industry worker. Read more

I'm giving them a five star for the food but there is one manager there that don't deserve her position because I walked in to... the lobby 15 minutes before the sign said the lobby would close and she told me it was clicked and I had to use drive throughbut I didn't drive there I was taking a walk and I asked her did she expect me to walk to the drive tru when the sign said I hadabout 15 minutes according to the sign but I guess he watch is fast and it clearly says drive tru no walk tru. 1st shift management will leave knowing the frappe or mcflurry machine needs cleaning leaves for the evening shift so evening... shift says it is broke. Evening shift will also shut the ice cream machine down early customers are coming asking for ice creamfrappes or mcflurry and can't get any they don't want to deal with it . They clean it early so they don't have to serve anymore.You ask for a burger well done it is not well done and it is pink or cooked on one side only. The fries are cold or the bun ishard. Several time I had a bacon egg cheese McMuffin with egg shells in it and the egg is runny. Read more

I ordered a large combo. The fries barely filled the container and the drink didnt have much ice. Plus it was the wrong drink. I... was tired from driving all day so I didn't say anything, but beware when coming to this McDonald's. The drive thru people weretoo busy talking and laughing with each other instead of paying attention to the orders and customers. Read more
