I refused to eat from the cochran location for months because I got tired of them messing up my order thru the app that had... clear and simple instructions. Double meat is not a complicated task. I wasn't going to write the review but it has gone too far and also no one answered the phone. last couple of times I had mobile... ordered my food and all my sides are left out (sometimes cookies,chips or bottled drinks). Today they left out cookies in myorder, the first couple of times they left anything off I gave them the benefit of doubt because they looked busy but tonightwas slow when I walked in to pickup my food and all I got was a sub and no cookies which I ordered and paid for. I ordered online for curbside. The person taking order was rude and coughed the whole time. I could barely hear her taking my... order. When my husband got there to pick up sandwiches, my daughter had to go in to get them. We chose curbside so we wouldn'thave to go in due to covid. The food was good but the service not so good. This was the worst experience ever, in any Subway store! There were flies zipping all around the food!! The woman preparing the... order was busy shooing them away, literally in front of us & I said something to her about it! The service was extremely poor.She refilled foods, veggies, etc., before even taking our order, leaving us standing there dumbfounded, swarmed by flies! As Iapproached the cashier there was a large dead roach on the floor. I told her about the huge roach & appalling flies, but itseemed commonplace to each of the employees! And at checkout, she made us wait while she counted cash from the register AFTER wewere waiting to pay! I come here everyday for lunch and everyday this place is packed. It?s packed because the food is good and customer service is... the best around. Mrs Guin always has a smile and Mrs. Chasity is real friendly and gets it done! Today was the busiest I?ve everseen it. At least 30 people in line ahead of me and they got my sandwich within 15 minutes. I was impressed. I have been to atleast a hundred subways across the county truck driving and I?ll say this is the best. I recommend they get a raise! Read more
