Pulled in 15 min before closing. Guess that upset them because my teen burger was overcooked to the point of being burnt. It was... like a hockey puck and oddly cold. I had asked for no tomato but I got two slices, both were ends. I can?t believe anyrestaurant would serve a burger like that except to ?get me? for daring to order 15 min before closing. Clean and bright. Had a great meal and customer service was friendly and helpful. Love the root beer.
We had a very disappointing breakfast from here. It was extremely slow, there was food missing from our order which we were... charged for, the breakfast sandwiches were not even toasted/were dripping with grease, and the breakfast wraps were not evenwrapped. Read more
Ordered 3 burger combos and got everything except for 1 burger? was definitely disappointed finding out after getting home to... Calgary after Ghost Lake. Perhaps next time would be better..? Read more
Go to the other A and W. This one is trash. The quality control is very poor. This food sat under a lamp for a long time. The... other one will make your food fresh. Read more
Super friendly staff. This really sets a restaurant above the rest. Ordering was easy. Our food was fresh. Loved the onion... rings (little bit salty). A&W root beer is the best. Burger was good, chicken strips were great. Free refills of root beer. All good for a fast food restaurant. Floor was wicked sticky which was good for a few laughs. Read more
This is an old A & W with decent service and nice people there. The food was warm with a good wait time. Somewhat clean ???? and... organized. It was a little full at the time and it is in the city centre. The prices were very good and I wouldn?t recommend itto everyone. It does have an okay drive thru service. Read more
