The food is too inconsistent for us to make this our regular spot, which is unfortunate because we?re in the neighbourhood and... would love to love this place and come more often. Twice I?ve ordered the pizza and the dough was raw so we couldn?t eat it, andthe Philly cheesesteak is always prepared differently. The first time i ordered it, it was amazing, but the last 2 times I?veordered it ingredients were missing or the bun was just cold untoasted bread. Please standardize the menu so we can love thisplace and come here more often! We can?t justify spending money out on dinner if half the time we?ve not enjoyed it, or in thecase of the pizza, we were sick the next day. Read more
Sadly disappointing Unfortunately our experience was not positive compared to other. We went to the pub for take-out, staff was... friendly and took our order promptly, We ordered the BBQ Blacksmith and Grilled Chicken Hammer Sandwich, we specifically saidfor the BBQ sauce and Hot sauces to be on the side, we emphasized hot sauce on the side as my wife cannot handle too much spice,BBQ sauce came on the side but hot sauce on the chicken so she could barely eat it. She ordered the soup but had trouble with itas it was way too salty, that was the same for the burger and chicken. Add to that both meats were way overcooked and dry. Weordered a a peach cobbler, we had asked the waitress the least sweet desert and was advised that one was, when we went to eat iswas pure brown sugar, whip cream was melted and very little cobbler on top, could have put the whip cream on the side give itwas take out. Overall very disappointed as we were told the food here was very good and when we had called the lady on the phoneraved about it all being excellent, as noted unfortunately not our experience. You need to weigh the positive reviews to thenegative ones, just please be aware that poor meals do occur and make your own assessment this is only to advise of ourexperience. Read more

Took our friends from out of town here because it?s one of our favourite places to eat. Sadly, the food took a long time to... arrive and same with dessert. The pecan pie was good but all the caramel, ice cream, and whipped cream melted into a puddlebecause the pie was too warm. Service was still good as we had an entertaining server. Read more

Excellent food and great service! All of their meats were tasty and done perfectly. Had the fried chicken with the side platter... and a brisket poutine and they were really good. Hardly any wait at all to get seated and for the food to arrive. Later foundout that they also tend to fulfill a lot of takeout orders. Despite that, they still got our food ready in time. Unfortunately our experience here was not the best. Was our first time here and when we arrived the place wasn?t too busy so we... sat out on the patio. When we walked in, the sole server did initially ignore me when I went up to the bar to ask a question. Weordered our food and it took quite a while for us to get it and it was lukewarm at best. While the first interaction with ourserver was not positive, once we sat down she did a great job. Even though the food wasn?t hot, it did taste good and the beerswere nice and cold. Read more
