*update - I contacted them and the staff was very accommodating and apologetic, please give them a chance as with anywhere,... human mistakes can happen. I have been to this location several times before and was never disappointed?that being said, I hadthe most terrible London fog I?ve ever had before. I have gotten it dairy free before, but this time it was undrinkable. The eggbites were ok?overcooked egg all over the exterior portions. It had been a couple months since I last ordered from here and usedto look forward to treating myself, but unfortunately I?m not sure when I will revisit this location. Staff was friendly, Iordered through the takeout window, or else I would have let them know about the quality issues :( for over $15 it was verydisappointing. Read more
I got a caramel ribbon crunch, I don?t usually get Starbucks but I wanted to treat myself, I first waited for 15-20 minutes in... the drive through with only one person ahead of me. I got my drink and it was not blended all the way and the caramel was at thebottom and there was no crunch. Not only did this frustrate me but I couldn?t even stir it because the straw was an inch toosmall and the paper disintegrated immediately. Unimpressed. Read more
Took a sip of my coffee this morning and out came coffee beans which freaked me out and could have definitely swallowed. Lovely... staff but full coffee beans in the coffee had turned me off going back. Read more
Very slow service. Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Took 10 minutes for them to take my order, and then at least another... 15 minutes of waiting, inside, to get my drink. Only come here if you have lots of time to waste. Read more
Like several other reviews the drive thru is very slow. Only go here if you have about 30 minutes to wait for your coffee. This... is the longest I have ever been in a drive thru for and still had to wait for my drink to be made when I got to the window. Read more
Clean establishment with an amazing team! Of course it's worth mentioning that Starbucks has the best coffee around, but that's... already a given! I'm here to give well deserved recognition to the staff and management. This place gets busy! Yet every singleteam member we ever encountered over the years, on the regular basis, were very professional, down to earth and friendly. I am a frequent customer at Starbucks. The first few times I visited this Starbucks, the attention was great. Then, this store... seemed to have hired some high schoolers that cannot and will not take the time to get your order right. They are ready to giveyou attitude if you request your order to get done properly. For a 7$ drink, who wouldn?t expect a good quality beverage? Theyare careless about modifications to your drinks and the quality of their drinks and overall service leaves you wishing you wentto Tim Hortons instead. I have never run into so much issues with my orders as I have at this location. There is also this girlwith Braces that is always in a mood. Maybe customer service is just not her strength and other job may be more suitable forher. We as customers really do not need that negativity and attitude every single time. Read more
