Isn?t the point of a chain restaurant so that you consistently get the same thing as you would any other Tim?s? This is the... worst Tim?s ever. Putting specialty donuts together in the same bag. It was a smashed mess taking them out. Ordered a chili andgot a cut off third of a bun that was hard like it was was days old. Lots of choices on this street, get both coffee and foodacross the street. Unfortunately all Tim?s in Cochrane are owned by the same manager so if this is about cutting costs thenyou?ll get the same at other locations. Read more
Met a friend for coffee November 9 2022, 7pm. This restaurant seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. Half the restaurant was... closed for no reason (the good side with the fire place. All the little tables under the windows where full. Music loudly comingfrom the back was full of explicit lyrics including the N word. I asked them to turn it off and the girls sweeping the floorhad air pods in. Couldn't care less. No mature adult presence here in the evening. This was not a good experience for sitting inthe restaurant trying to catch up with a friend. Read more
I went thru the drive thru today and got.my food and drink. When I got to work and sat down to eat. My drink was only 1/2 full... of a medium cup, not the best that I have received this location. Read more
They never have what you ask for, I?ve been here a couple times and there is no soup, or chilli, no Timbits or donuts that you... actually probably want. Service is not great but at least they?re not rude. Read more
Never go to this location, I ordered a cilantro lime chicken bowl with crispy chicken . There is no chicken in my bowl & the... worst is the rice was totally uncooked they are very hard. I even can?t chew them. I got sick. Worst location in town Read more
Today we went for a lunch and ordered sandwich, habanero bowl, wrap and chicken noddle soup. Received only sandwich and was told... we need to wait for the habañero chicken bowl. When we asked for the rest of the order young guy at the till was verysurprised. After a while we were given rest of the order; soup of the teperature of lava and chicken habañero bowl (with 5pieces of chicken and 12 slices of habañero) Chicken bowl was the most spicy thing I've ever ate. It was very clean and new. With the Tim Hortons reward cards being offered there. With good service and everything fresh and... delicious ????. I would come back and recommend it to anyone who loves coffee and sweets. With great ???? service and staff. Read more
The drive through order takers get it wrong almost every time. Today, I ordered a 6 pack of honey dip donuts. Instead of... taking the time to tell me that they only had one because a large order had just been picked up, the taker charged me for onethen cut communication, forcing me to deal with the order giver. Order taker knew exactly ???? what she did too. Just didn'twant the hassle...passed it on to the other staff member. Similar has happened numerous times. Bad attitude. Read more
