I was in there on Monday September 19, early afternoon. The younger fellow (I don't know his name) that took my order was very... courteous. Waiting for my food order, I noticed he was very courteous and respectful with all incoming customers (didn't havethat cocky attitude that's so common these days). I was trying to order for me and my partner, but the lady that was taking our order was having a hard time understanding. We had... to correct her about our order a few which wasn?t the issue. The lady that was making our order started speaking in a differentlanguage, but she didn?t realize that we could understand her she said ?is that it? Or are they gonna keep changing theirorder?? Even though it was a mistake on their, they decided to have a conversation about their customers, which isinappropriate. Read more

It was early in the morning and I went in to order some breakfast. There were some details in my order that the cashier took a... while to get right. When I had paid for the food, I heard the lady making our food speak in another language that I couldunderstand and she said ?is that finally what they?re going to get? they?re not going to change anything else?? and they bothproceeded to laugh. I was only ordering two breakfast meals. It?s lovely to walk in to a Tim?s first thing in the morning whereyou?re disrespected in another language. Great coffee!! The apple fritter donut is the best :) Also, the internet is fast and there was a lot of seating if you want to... work on your laptop. There were numerous outlets to plug in if you need to! Read more
