Always a great "eat" whether in Bel Air or Hunt Valley. Ordered breakfast consisting of eggs, homefries, bacon and toast! Served... in a matter of minutes! This occurs whether a large breakfast/lunch crowd or not!!! Read more
I will not order from here anymore first and last time! Funny thing is all I asked for was a sandwich and orange juice from a... fountain and I got a horrible customer service! And get this they got signs out front clear as day in front of the parking spotsin front of their establishment stating that they have curbside parking however, the aggressively denounce curbside servicestating"we are a small business we can't do that anymore since covid". Fact of the matter is I called in my order as I was inthe parking spot label for curbside and the woman on the phone was very very aggressive yet again and fast to take my order andvery incomplete with completing my order. For example I asked did you have fountain OJ cuz I didn't want the bottle stuff shesaid yes they did and I said I'll take a small she said okay..... Fast forward to when I had to call back cuz I hadn't heardfrom them in about 20 minutes because it was a curbside order that she had confirmed but rest off the phone because she didn'ttake any information about my vehicle or anything but she was such a hairy I guess to get to the next order..... She brings meout with my sandwich a bottle OJ and said they never had fountain OJ! Point I'm saying is if they're this level of incompetencewhat else is going on behind the scenes who knows!?! I've already made up my mind I don't want them making anything for me everagain period. The sandwich was decent. I got their in-house chips as well those were good. The Bagel in itself was also pretty good. Maybe I... just got the wrong menu item. This was my first time going there, so I asked the cashier what was the best sandwich to get andaccording to her, this was their best sandwich so if that is the case then idk. Maybe I'll try their breakfast platters nexttime or a different sandwich and see how I like that. Overall, the sandwich wasn't bad at all, just think you can get a betterTurkey Club elsewhere.
