How can a Chick-fil-A be terrible. My experience tonight was just that. They had me waiting in the drive-through line for 17... minutes. Telling me that I ordered some thing that had to be made fresh. When they handed me the bag and I drove off the frieswere freezing cold. I?ve never had an experience like this at any Chick-fil-A. They had me pull up ahead of all the cars, andthere were 10 cars that were after me that left with their food before mine.
