This place has always been warm and inviting except today. The new ?manager? as he claims to be says he can?t let kids taste... samples of icecream because of Covid. Didn?t have any problems till about a month ago but suddenly now Covid prevents sampling!!Ofcourse some rules have zero logic behind them - Covid would only matter if they were using the same spoon otherwise why wouldit matter!!! I went to Dunkin today. And I noticed how hard the staff is working. A lot of places are very understaffed right now and... overwhelmed. Every time I go to this Duncan the manager always smiles and greets me. These people are working very hard to bepatient with them love this Duncan location. Read more
